At JUTO, we believe in the power of women to drive economic growth and social change. Our holistic approach focuses on providing entrepreneurship and life skills training to women in rural Liberia. By equipping them with the necessary skills and resources, we empower women to create sustainable businesses that lift them and their communities out of poverty. Our Five-Step Pathway
JUTO’s poverty graduation model is a comprehensive process designed to ensure long-term success for women entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship and Life Skills Training
We begin with tailored training sessions that cover essential business and life skills. Participants develop personalized business plans, laying the groundwork for their entrepreneurial journey.

Seed Fund Allocation
Participants receive an initial $200 grant to launch their businesses, followed by a $100 expansion fund, providing the financial boost needed to start and grow their enterprises.

Mentoring and Coaching
Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor who provides guidance and support, ensuring they have the confidence and knowledge to navigate their entrepreneurial path.
